About the Drops to mL Converter
The drops to mL converter turns a number of drops into millilitres and back. There is no universal drop size, so the tool lets you choose a standard: medical droppers are usually calibrated at 20 drops per millilitre, metric droppers at 25 and some micro-droppers at 60. Always follow the dosing instructions and dropper supplied with a medicine.
How to use it
- 1Choose drops → mL or mL → drops.
- 2Enter the amount and select the drop standard.
- 3Read the converted volume or number of drops.
- 4Copy, share or print the result with the buttons below it.
Worked example
20 drops at the medical standard of 20 drops/mL is 1 mL. With a 15 drops/mL dropper, 5 mL is 75 drops.

Frequently asked questions
