1. Use of the Site

CalcWisee grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial, informational purposes, subject to these Terms. You agree not to: reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract content from the Site for commercial redistribution; interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation, servers, or networks; use the Site to violate any applicable law or third-party right; or misrepresent calculator outputs as official, certified, or professional advice.

2. Calculation accuracy disclaimer

All calculators, formulas, and results on the Site are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. While we make reasonable efforts to build and verify formulas against recognized standards (see our Methodology & Sources), we do not warrant that any result is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your specific circumstances. Calculators may not account for every variable relevant to your situation (such as local tax law, individual health conditions, or lender-specific terms). You are solely responsible for independently verifying any result before relying on it, and for consulting a qualified financial, medical, tax, or legal professional before making decisions based on it.

3. No professional advice

Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, investment, tax, medical, legal, or other professional advice, nor does it create a professional-client relationship of any kind. Category-specific disclaimers (financial, health, math, and conversion) appear on relevant calculator and category pages and form part of these Terms by reference.

4. Intellectual property

The Site’s design, text, graphics, logos, calculator code, and other content are owned by CalcWisee or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Site’s content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use (e.g., printing a single result for your own records).

5. Third-party services and links

The Site may display third-party advertising (including via Google AdSense) and may link to third-party websites or resources referenced in our articles and calculators. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site or service. Inclusion of a link or advertisement does not imply endorsement.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, TOOLS, AND CALCULATORS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CALCWISEE AND ITS OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR FINANCIAL OR HEALTH-RELATED DECISIONS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR RELIANCE ON, THE SITE OR ANY CALCULATOR RESULT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), AS THE SITE IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CalcWisee and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

9. Dispute resolution

We encourage you to contact us first at ayman@calcwisee.com so we can try to resolve any concern informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the Site will be resolved through binding, individual arbitration or small-claims court where locally available, rather than in courts of general jurisdiction, except where prohibited by applicable law. You waive any right to participate in a class action to the extent permitted by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

12. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CalcWisee regarding your use of the Site, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page and the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
