About the Heptathlon Calculator
The heptathlon calculator converts a performance in any of the seven events — 100 m hurdles, high jump, shot put, 200 m, long jump, javelin and 800 m — into points using the World Athletics scoring formulas. Running events score more points for faster times, and field events for longer or higher marks.
